PhosOps ("PhosOps," "we," "us") builds and operates custom AI systems for its clients. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we handle it. It does not replace the data-processing terms in a signed client agreement, which govern any data your systems process.
To respond to your enquiry, schedule and prepare for calls, and improve the site. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We use only essential cookies and privacy-friendly analytics. We do not track you across other sites for advertising.
Data processed by a system we build for a client is governed by that client's separate written agreement, not this policy. As a rule: each client's data is held in its own isolated, encrypted environment; access is restricted and logged; the client owns their code and data; we do not use client data to train models; and we do not share it with any third party without a data-processing agreement in place.
We rely on a small set of trusted providers to run the site and our services — scheduling (Cal.com), email, hosting (our own infrastructure and Vercel), and AI processing (Anthropic). A current sub-processor list is available to clients on request.
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to serve you, then delete it. Retention for client engagements is defined in the client agreement.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing ayden@phosops.com. We honor applicable rights under Canada's PIPEDA and Alberta's PIPA, and under the GDPR and CCPA where they apply.
We host on hardened, access-controlled infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable, layered measures to protect your information.
We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest version. Questions: ayden@phosops.com.
